By creating an account on 11+PracticeHub you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are the parent or legal guardian of any child whose profile you create. These terms form a binding agreement between you and 11+PracticeHub.

2. The Service

11+PracticeHub provides an adaptive 11+ exam-preparation platform. We provide practice questions, personalised sessions, and progress analytics. We do not guarantee any particular exam result.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
• You must not share your account with anyone other than yourself.
• You must not create accounts on behalf of others without their permission.
• Accounts are for personal, non-commercial use only.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the Service.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or other security controls.
• Use the Service in a way that could harm other users or the platform.

5. Content and intellectual property

All question content, learning material, and UI elements are owned by or licensed to 11+PracticeHub. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercialise any content without written permission.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policyexplains how we collect and use data, including children's data. By accepting these terms you also accept the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". We make no warranty that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. Question content is educational material and does not constitute professional advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 11+PracticeHub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. On termination, all associated data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via the email address on your account.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
